With your booking, you agree to our cancellation policy: For cancellations up until 28 days prior to arrival we have to charge 25% of the total invoice amount. As from 28 days prior to arrival we will have to charge 50% of the total invoice. As from 1 week prior to arrival we have to charge the full invoice amount. However, if we manage to fill the gap, then we will only charge an admin fee of 30,- Euro. We only charge the full cancellation amount if the days of the original booking will not be booked by someone else!

As per Amsterdam city regulations, we can only host a maximum of 2 guests per room and 4 guests in total at our B&B. We are sad to say that this maximum includes children. This means that we cannot accept families in our B&B rooms at the moment, unless you travel with older children so that you can book both rooms, or unless it's one adult and one child for 1 room.

Since April 2024, our B&B is self-catering, as there was not enough animo for the optional mini breakfast. However, complimentary coffee, tea & muesli are always available in your room, so there is always something to get you started in the morning. Both rooms are spacious and have a little breakfast table and fridge, as well as a coffee maker and water cooker. Supermarkets (incl. an organic supermarket) and 2 lovely bakeries are also around the corner from us so you can otherwise also prepare your own breakfast - or go for breakfast in one of the lovely cafes nearby.

Please understand that we have a minimum stay of 2 nights. For the high season (April-October), we  have a minimum stay of 3 nights, unless there is a gap in the calender of only 2 nights. In that case, you can of course book those 2 nights. For weekends involving a public holiday (e.g. Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Pentecost, ...) we have a minimum stay of 4 nights.
